THE CHÂTEAU DE SAINT PRIEST

Built in VIIth century, the Chateau de Saint-Priest shows several architectural influences. From its medieval heritage, and passing through the Renaissance, it has developed into the truly unique place it is today: a blend of history, architectural styles and contemporary art. The Château is the most important symbol of the town's cultural heritage. Since 1999, the GL events group, a global operator and key player in the world of events , has been responsible for managing this prestigious building, which belongs to the town of Saint-Priest.

Just 15 kilometres from the centre of Lyon, and as the second largest municipality in the Lyon metroplitan area, Saint-Priest has an extremely strong industrial fabric, with two major assets: the Fouillouse industrial zone and the Porte des Alpes Technological Park. Coming from the Lyon district of Gerland: follow the direction "Grenoble /Chambéry", take the exit "Saint-Priest Centre", then follow the signs to "Le village"
Coming from the centre of Lyon: take the A43 motorway towards "Grenoble-Chambéry" to exit 4, follow the signs for the PARC TECHNOLOGIQUE, at the level of the large blue IKEA building. At the roundabout take the direction: Village/Chateau
Coming from Chambéry - Grenoble: Take the A43 motorway - direction Lyon. ?Exit n°4 - BRON AVIATION - PARC TECHNOLOGIQUE". Turn left - go over the bridge. At the roundabout take the third exit left, then the 3rd road on the left - direction Saint-Priest Village.
Coming from St-Etienne/Marseille: take the A46 motorway (Rocade Est - East ring-road) direction Paris. Exit n°12 (Les Meurires)*
Coming from Paris/Geneva: take the A46 motorway (Rocade Est - East ring-road) direction St-Etienne / Marseille. Exit n°12 (Les Meurires)*
From exit n°12 : at the first roundabout take the direction St-Priest centre. At the second roundabout take the direction Saint-Priest centre. At the traffic lights : go right, then straight on, direction Le Village - the Chateau is visible ahead.
